1. Introduction
Welcome to Scoop Yards! We provide professional pet waste removal services to keep your yard clean and safe. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
Regularly scheduled pet waste removal (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanings).
Waste disposal in compliance with local regulations.
Optional deodorizing and sanitization services.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure clear and safe access to the service area.
Secure pets during scheduled service times.
Inform us of any hazardous conditions (e.g., aggressive pets, unsafe yard conditions).
4. Payments & Billing
Paymet are due the first of every month. Subscription plans are billed automatically.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel services at any time with at least
No refunds for missed or skipped services unless due to Scoop Yards’ inability to perform the service.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
Scoop Yards is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing yard conditions.
We do our best to remove all pet waste but cannot guarantee 100% removal in cases of excessive buildup.
7. Changes to Terms
Scoop Yards reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services indicates agreement with any changes.
