It's simple! When you sign up for any of our recurring weekly or bi-weekly scoop schedules, your very first visit is 100% free. There are no long-term contracts, so if you aren't completely thrilled, you can cancel at any time. Enter your ZIP code in our onboarding form to confirm you are in our active service zone!
Do I need to be home when you clean the yard?
No. As long as your gate is unlocked and your dogs are safely indoors, our technician can complete the service. We’ll always send you a text notification when we're on our way and another confirmation with a photo once your yard is completely clean and secure.
What happens if it rains or snows?
We work through most weather conditions to keep your yard on schedule. However, if there is severe weather (like lightning or heavy snow accumulation), we will pause operations for safety and reschedule your cleanup for the next available clear day.
Can you still service the yard if my dog is outside?
If your dog is friendly and comfortable with strangers, they are welcome to hang out with us! However, if your dog is protective, territorial, or aggressive, we kindly ask that you keep them indoors during our scheduled visit to ensure everyone's safety.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
None at all. We believe in earning your business with every single scoop. You can start, pause, alter your schedule, or cancel your service at any time with no hidden fees or cancellation penalties.
How do you prevent the spread of waste-borne bacteria between yards?
Biosecurity is our top priority. We thoroughly clean and sanitize all of our tools, equipment, and boots with a kennel-grade, parvocidal disinfectant between every single property to ensure no bacteria or parasites are transferred to your lawn.
